OBJECTIVE Typography is such an amazing aspect of graphic design. There are many different approaches, styles, and medium to be explored. One person who excels in typography is Michael Bierut. The book that I have created above illustrates the success of two of his projects that I found most interesting.

APPROACH Two of Bierut's projects that I found incredibly interesting were the WalkNYC project he worked on and the Celebration, Florida project. The challenge of this project was finding a way to show these two very different projects in one cohesive study of Bierut's work. I used color and shapes to unite the two projects and make it feel more natural to view them side by side since they were so different from each other.
